Hillsdale College is a private college in Michigan with a heavy focus on classical education and liberal arts. They offer free online courses in a variety of subjects (though with no credit) to anyone who signs up. These LinkedIn ads are meant to advertise these free courses.
How I would use the ad:
The two LinkedIn ads images shown above are each an image option for a sponsored content ad on the LinkedIn home feed. Each will be a single image ad with the copy: “Dozens of free online courses in economics, mathematics, and liberal arts. Start learning today!” The call-to-action button on the bottom of the ad would read “Explore courses.” This link would take the user to the course library on the website.
The first image would be displayed for a few weeks. Then the image would be changed to keep it from becoming redundant in our audience’s home feed. The copy will remain the same unless engagement and conversions are low. In that case, I would start testing other options for copy alongside targeting and bidding optimizations.
